Online orders are automatically notified to us. We will check your order, confirm the total costs including shipping and handling and then you can pay us - see our Payment Methods for more information.

Email orders can be made through this site using our Book Enquiry form or Contact Us form. Enter the details of the book you wish to purchase and we will advise you as per Online. Payment can be made using any Offline Method.
In person at our store
Customers are encouraged to visit our store at Stones Corner and shop in person.
We offer discounts to all students, attendees at in-hospital training courses, and Ambulance and Emergency Services organizations and personnel. Please provide your details at the time of ordering.
We accept orders from overseas using any of the above methods.
Delivery TimesIf we have the stock in our Stones Corner store, your order will be posted within 48 hours (if payment has been received). If we do not have the stock, then allow one to two weeks for delivery if the stock is available with Australian publishers. Stock that has to come from overseas can take an additional period of approximately 1-9 weeks. We will notify you as to the expected delivery time for your order.
