What if you need to cancel a purchase?
You may cancel all or part of your order provided you let us know before we have sent your order to you.
Need to send something back?
If you have made a mistake ordering and wish to return one or more items, then we will accept them provided you return them within 2 weeks of purchase.
They must be returned in the same condition that you received them and be accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase. If you purchased online, you can print the order out.
We will issue you with a credit note for the cost of the items involved less our administrative fee. If you wish to purchase again online and want to use a credit note then please supply the details in the comments section of your order.
All returns incur a $7.50 administrative fee. |
