Postage & Handling
We deliver to all parts of Australia and to most overseas locations. Customers can also collect their order from our Stones Corner store.
We use Australia Post to ship orders. Postage is charged in accordance with their published rates. We also charge a handling fee of $3.30 per order.
Within Australia
Queensland
We charge a flat fee of $8.95 for all orders less than 20kg in total weight posted to a Queensland address.
Larger orders are in accordance with Australia Post's economy parcel rates for that weight and destination.
Other destinations within Australia
For orders sent to other Australian States, Australia Post's economy parcel rates for that weight and destination apply.
If your order is over $250 (before discounts), we automatically register your parcel. Registration costs $1.50 and includes insurance for up to $100.
Registered Post is a signature-on-delivery service.
Special delivery using any of Australia Post's other parcel delivery services, e.g. Express Post is available on request. The cost will be Australia Post's published rate for that service + $3.30 for packaging & handling.
International
We use Australia Post Airmail services. If you order online and no shipping is quoted then please wait until we contact you with final costs before making payment. |
