Postage & Handling

Allmedic Book Supplies uses Australia Post for all orders. Postage and handling is charged in accordance with their published rates based on destination and weight. Postage and handling fees are as follows:

Queensland: $8.95 for all orders less than 20kg in total weight posted to a Queensland address. Larger orders are in accordance with Australia Post's economy parcel rates for that weight and destination apply + $3.30 for packaging & handling.

All other destinations: For orders sent to a destination other than in Queensland, including overseas, Australia Post's economy parcel rates for that weight and destination apply + $3.30 for packaging & handling.

We deliver to all parts of Australia and to overseas. If appropriate, customers can collect their order from our Stones Corner store.

Orders over $250

For all orders that total $250 or more before any discounts are applied, a Registered Post charge of $1.50 will be added to you postage costs. Registered Post is a signature-on-delivery service.

Special Delivery

Special delivery using any of Australia Post's other parcel delivery services, e.g. Express Post is available on request. The cost will be Australia Post's published rate for that service + $3.30 for packaging & handling.

Delivery Time

If we have the stock in our Stones Corner store, your order will be posted within 48 hours (if payment has been received). If we do not have the stock, then it will generally be posted within 5 working days if the stock is available with Australian publishers. Stock that has to come from overseas can take an additional period of approximately 1-9 weeks. We will notify you as to the expected delivery time for your order.

Returns

If you have made an incorrect purchase, Allmedic Book Supplies will accept the goods for return and issue you with a credit note, but only if you produce the original invoice as proof of purchase, goods are returned in the same condition that you received them, and we receive the goods within 2 weeks of purchase. All returns incur a $7.50 administrative fee.
